It was in 2011 that we fell in love with this property located 600 meters from the Buglais mill, overlooking the bay of Lancieux, a true watercolor landscape. The house "Ker Liviou," just a short distance from Saint Briac, Dinard, close to Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, and a few miles from Mont St Michel, is a captain's house dating back to 1856. The main building of the house was renovated in 2012. The adjoining outbuilding, where we host our guests, was renovated and fitted out a little later. A 36 m² living room on the ground floor with a fireplace, along with the two guest rooms upstairs, allow our guests to enjoy an intimate setting, perfect for spending a weekend or a few days on holiday in the Saint-Malo area in Brittany.

Lovers of the Emerald Coast (Saint-Briac, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel) where we have lived for almost 40 years, fans of antiques and flea markets, sensitive to all artistic expressions, particularly painting and sculpture, we would be happy to share our knowledge of the region with you so that you too can succumb to its charm.

Beautiful hikes, lovely fine sandy beaches, places to eat in a creperie or restaurant—Ker Liviou is an accommodation ideally located for all your getaway desires in northern Brittany, twinned with Saint Briac, close to Saint-Malo as well as St Cast and Dinan. We are just 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.
